Life Cycle Assessment
Thanks to the LCA system, Dem Armonie del Sonno has begun a process of evaluating the environmental aspects associated with all phases of the product life cycle. This is to produce in an eco-compatible manner while respecting the environment.

Our dedication to excellence is reflected in the label “100% Made in Italy” featured on every product, along with the certification issued by the Institute for the Protection of Italian Manufacturers. This certification attests to the origin and superior quality of our products. Each item is the result of Italian craftsmanship, made with meticulous attention to detail and the use of premium materials, ensuring a final product that is both aesthetically pleasing and durable.
The quality of Dem Armonie del Sonno goes beyond meeting the highest national and international certification standards. Today, new results in ergonomics are ratified by the independent institute Ergocert, which certifies the value in numerous models of the collection. This is an additional quality endorsement that highlights how, in addition to adhering to ergonomic standards and principles, the proposed range enjoys a high usability index.
GREENOVATION OUR SUSTAINABLE APPROACH
Our sustainability philosophy is reflected in the methodology of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), which we adopt to evaluate the environmental impact of products through all stages of their life cycle. From carefully selected raw materials to efficient production processes, and up to waste management and recycling: each phase is designed to minimize environmental impact.
Dem Armonie del Sonno is committed to reducing environmental impact and promoting a greener future. Our 1 MW photovoltaic system covers about 80% of our total energy needs, while the remaining 20% of energy has been 100% sourced from renewable sources since 2020. We have also replaced our internal lighting systems with LED technology and introduced low-energy 4.0 machinery.
For waste disposal, we use compactors for paper and cardboard, cellophane, fabrics, wadding, and polyesters. The latter are packed, given away, and transformed into wadding for padding. The percentage of waste destined for recycling ranges from 67% to 90%.
We have also introduced a new machine that reprocesses textile waste to use it as padding for the bands.
We value our territory by mainly relying on local suppliers, and where this is not possible, we prefer to partner with Italian companies.
