The new milestones achieved in the processing of synthetic polymers now make it possible to interact with natural raw materials and produce them with reduced environmental impact. The ergonomic profiles that result from this touch new records in terms of performance and durability, laying the foundation for truly unparalleled sleep systems.
Fisiopure
This structure stands out for the dual nature of the materials used on the upper layer. This allows for enjoying the pleasant sensation generated by the Lympha Viscoelastic memory foam layer while also addressing any potential excess heat thanks to the profile in Breeze foam with a hollow configuration. This ensures that heat and moisture are quickly dissipated through rapid air circulation. The seven elements of eco-friendly foam that compose the Fisiopure structure, on the other hand, are responsible for calibrating the appropriate pressure to be modulated.
technipure
The evolution in the techniques of assembling polymers with different characteristics and densities now allows for achieving ergonomic profiles with new comfort milestones. The two layers of variable thickness of Technipure are supported by three layers of Evocell foam with the purpose of ensuring calibrated and capillary support based on the weight applied. The transverse perforations and appropriate grooves provide for the disposal of excess heat and moisture.
pentapure
Modern techniques enable the assembly of this 5-layer structure with 7 zones of differentiated support, combining elements designed to support weight with others more suitable for accommodating it. Three layers of elements, each with different densities, are sequentially overlaid on the base layer of Evocell foam, adequately grooved and shaped to promote constant ventilation.
Almapure
With a distinct ergonomic profile, Almapure combines two layers of eco-friendly foam placed centrally, characterized by different densities and support levels, with a lower layer of Evocell foam equipped with transverse ventilation channels. Special processing techniques sculpt a multi-zone support system capable of providing active support to every area of the body, accommodating relaxation and decompression.
sanipure
Sanipure is the result of the combination between the next-generation eco-friendly foam Evocell and memory foam. Their interaction, made possible through tests conducted on the behavior of materials with different densities, provides the best combination of support, which is expressed in this structure thanks to its ergonomic profile design.
Policare
Today, technology allows for the creation of structures with ergonomic profiles of high performance, capable of adapting to the body’s morphology and actively responding to pressure, minimizing pressure points. The 3-layer sandwich of Policare combines the outer contact profiles with the central elements placed in sequence, offering 5 zones of differentiated support. This type of construction provides the structure with high ventilation and air circulation, a real boon against excess heat and moisture stagnation.
PADDED COVERS
Today, padded covers present improvements in both finishes and padding quality. Embroideries are renewed with new designs that fix fabrics with strikingly elegant bicolor geometries. Perimeter bands play with the softest microfiber, hiding new three-dimensional fabrics with high breathability. The zippers allowing for the removal of padded panels are always well concealed, denoting the high level of craftsmanship of these coverings.
Hypoallergenic
Hypoallergenic is the cover made of Dacron® technical polyester fiber, a trademark of Advansa, a leading company in the production of filling fibers. This covering is highly breathable, hypoallergenic, and antibacterial, thanks to the particular structure of Dacron®: made with hollow fibers with 4 parallel holes, it allows for significant airflow and rapid evaporation of moisture released by the body during sleep, creating a healthy and dry environment. Its elasticity ensures stable performance throughout its entire usage cycle.
Kapok
The precious Makò cotton combines with the lightest fiber in the world, Kapok. Derived from the fruits of a tropical tree, the Ceiba, Kapok fiber has a smooth and silky feel: composed of ultra-fine cellulose filaments filled with air and coated with a layer of wax, it does not retain moisture, thus naturally inhibiting bacteria proliferation. Additionally, it is insulating, water-repellent, and a annually renewable, sustainable, and organic natural source. The blend with Makò cotton, known for its extra-long, soft, shiny, and highly breathable fibers, provides a cool, insulating, and antibacterial padding.
essential covers
The new essential covers, devoid of padding, can be paired with structures made of advanced innovative foams. Fabrics with high-profile technology allow you to fully appreciate the great qualities of the offered ergonomic profiles.
