Reporting / Whistleblowing
In order to promote a culture of ethics and legality in the workplace, as well as to create a climate of transparency, Mita S.r.l. has established a reporting channel (also anonymously) for any violations or alleged misconduct committed by individuals belonging to the company’s organization, known as “whistleblowing”.
Mita S.r.l. ensures maximum protection, confidentiality, and protection to the informant/reporter from retaliation, unlawful conditioning, discomfort, and discrimination of any kind, for having duly reported a violation in accordance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and D.Lsg. 24/2023.
This reporting channel exclusively concerns violations provided for by the aforementioned regulations, listed below:
a) Crimes and offenses related, among others, to the following behaviors:

- Corruption;
- Money laundering, financial, tax, and accounting crimes;
- Conflicts of interest;
- Protection of privacy and personal data protection;
- Anticompetitive practices;
- Commercial sanctions;
- Product and service safety and compliance;
- Public health;
- Network and information system security;
- Environmental protection;
- Corporate tax evasion;
- Fraud
b) Threat or prejudice to the public interest;
c) Violation of current laws regarding moral or sexual harassment, discrimination, and violence in the workplace;
d) Failure to respect human rights;
e) Violation of the principle of non-retaliation.
